Mr. Mark Chan is a culinary and operational leader who has built a reputation for innovative F&B development in Vietnam. He founded Dong Lam Hotpot in Danang during the challenging COVID-19 period and turned it into one of the city’s most popular Chinese restaurants.


He later opened Fu Lam Chinese Restaurant in Hanoi, which quickly gained a strong following among discerning diners. Mark is known for his hands-on approach in kitchen planning, menu creation, supplier management, and team setup.
