Dr. Phung Vu Viet Anh is a structural engineering authority with over two decades of international experience in seismic design, structural evaluation, and code compliance.

He earned his Ph.D. in Structural Engineering from Carleton University in Canada and a Master’s degree from Tokyo Institute of Technology. Currently serving as Director of the Institute of Investment & Construction Science, he has contributed to major infrastructure and real estate projects in the U.S., Japan, and Vietnam.
