Key projects include the 1,824-room Wyndham Danang Golden Bay and the gold-tiled Dolce by Wyndham Hanoi Golden Lake, where we led pre-opening setups, SOP development, and staffing. We also developed full business models for F29 Golden Beef & Sky Lounge in both Hanoi and Danang, and provided concept-to-launch services for Fu Lam Chinese Restaurant, an upscale Cantonese venue in Hanoi. Beyond hospitality, we managed layout planning, licensing, and procurement for Hoa Binh Beverage Factory—a carbonated drink plant with a capacity of over 200 million liters.
